The Basis of Union

A summary of our beliefs can read in the Uniting Church in Australia Basis of Union, a document which states the central affirmations of the Christian faith that was the foundation of the formation of the Uniting Church on 22 June 1977.

Theological Position

It is widely known that the Uniting Church in Australia is a denomination with a broad spectrum of theological positions amongst its local member churches, and this breadth is seen within our Congregation. All who seek to follow, or are interesting in learning about following Jesus as Lord are welcome in our Congregation, without exception.

Spiritual Support and Growth

At Dapto Uniting Church we take the biblical call to spiritual support and growth seriously. With this in mind, we provide a variety of groups and services for both church members and the wider community, to help people grow in their relationship with God and each other.
